My fascination for Nihonshu originates from a fortunate encounter with a bottle Tsuki no Katsura in 2018. From there, my passion turned quickly into an in-depth study. In March 2022 I passed the WSET level 3 in Sake. Since then, I organise tastings for private groups, public Events and work as an consultant.
Let me to introduce you to this delicious and varied drink at one of my tastings.

Due to my continuous education, networking, and my work as an associate judge at the International Wine Challenge in 2023, I am well informed about the Sake Industry in Switzerland, Germany, and globally. I support restaurants and bars in creating interesting Sake-Menus incl. educational documents for customers as well as staff training.
